Three steps, no setup. We use Anthropic Claude under the hood, with citations grounded back to every source clause.

Up to 50MB per file. We accept clean Word exports, scanned PDFs, and everything in between.
On upload we store the original in encrypted storage (Supabase, AWS-backed) and trigger an extraction job in the background. You'll see the file appear in your dashboard immediately.

Claude reads the document end-to-end and surfaces 60+ structured fields.
We send the PDF to Anthropic's API along with a strict extraction schema. The model reads every page and pulls out parties, term, rent schedule, escalations, operating expenses, audit rights, exclusivity, ROFO/ROFR, holdover, SNDA, insurance — and a chronological list of every critical date.
Every field is grounded with a citation back to the source section (§3.1, Article 7.2, etc.). The PDF stays in prompt cache so re-extracting is ~90% cheaper.
