That's $19.80/lease at the smallest tier. Anthropic's Claude API alone costs roughly $1 per 100-page lease — the remaining ~$19 covers storage, hosting, support, and the engineering behind the side-by-side viewer and citation grounding. $19.80/lease is honest unit economics for a low-volume customer, and it's still 15–25× cheaper than the $300–500/lease offshore services you're probably comparing against.

Higher-volume customers amortize fixed costs across more extractions, and prompt caching lets us re-use parsed PDF context cheaply on amendments and re-extractions. Pro is $16.63/lease, Business $11.99/lease, and Enterprise reaches $9.99/lease at volume.

What's the 25 free leases offer?

Any team that signs up to (or upgrades to) an annual plan gets a one-time grant of 25 bonus leases that don't count against monthly quota and never trigger overage charges. It's designed for teams switching from offshore abstraction services — drop your last 25 PDFs in and we'll re-process them as part of the migration. Bonus leases persist until consumed; there's no expiration.

What counts as a lease?

A single PDF upload counts as one lease, regardless of page count. Amendments to the same lease are billed separately when uploaded as their own file. Re-extracting an existing lease (e.g. to refresh after a schema update) does not consume an additional lease — it reads from prompt cache.

Do you offer annual billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes — paying annually saves 17%, equivalent to two months off the monthly rate. Annual signups also include the 25-lease bonus mentioned above. The toggle above the plan cards switches between monthly and annual pricing on every tier.

What happens if I exceed my plan's lease quota?

We charge the overage rate listed on each tier (e.g. $18/lease beyond 30 on Pro). If you regularly exceed your plan, upgrading is cheaper than paying overage indefinitely.

Do you have a Slack integration?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans can connect Slack via OAuth. Pick a channel in Settings and you'll get a notification with a direct link to the abstract every time extraction completes. The Slack app uses the official Slack OAuth flow and only requires permissions to post in the channel you choose.

Is there a REST API?

Yes — Business and Enterprise plans include API access. You generate API keys in Settings, then upload PDFs and pull back structured JSON abstracts via /api/v1/leases. Useful for piping abstracts into Yardi, MRI, Salesforce, or your own data warehouse without doing it through the UI.

How does email notification work?

Every plan includes per-user email notifications when a lease finishes extracting. Toggle it off in Settings if you'd rather just check the dashboard. Emails are sent from a verified domain via Posthawk and include a one-click link to the abstract.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel from billing settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Your abstracts stay accessible for export for 30 days after cancellation.

Is my lease data used to train models?

No. We use the Anthropic API with the no-training flag set on every call. Your documents are never used to train any model.
